WHAT YOU DO
- In alignment with Project Management, you are responsible for translating creative briefing documents into sustainable retail campaigns within the luxury sector
- Your responsibilities include the end-to-end technical execution of window display campaigns with high aesthetic standards, working in close, interdisciplinary collaboration with prototyping, production, and client-side stakeholders
- Together with our internal production team, you define the respective manufacturing process, handle material selection, and create technical drawings as well as production documentation in compliance with budget and timeline constraints
- You are responsible for quality gates in production and set-up, provide hands-on instructions close to production, and draft as well as deliver compelling client presentations for prototyping, visual merchandising, and pre-assembly
- You conduct site visits, oversee window display installations, assess technical feasibility on-site, and maintain close communication with our clients.
WHO YOU ARE
- You hold a degree in a technical or design field (e.g., set design/stage engineering is a plus) and bring at least 4–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally related to prototyping and production
- You have experience working with creative briefings (especially regarding technical specifications, compositions, colors & materials, surface finishes, and feasibility)
- You are proficient in at least one 3D software and one visualization program, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong communication skills in English and German, alongside the motivation to accompany installations on-site
- You work independently and responsibly, bringing a strong eye for detail and design as well as a passion for innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship
